LAUNCH: SIMON MYERS PHOTOGRAPHY

Here at WWD, we love building Shopify sites for clients. It gives us a chance to collaborate together really deeply on the functionality of all aspects of the site - the way it looks and the way it is all set up in the back end - to give each visitor and potential customer the most seamless shopping experience.

This new website for Queenstown photographer Simon Myers is no different. Chelsea and I talked through every element of the site - the collections, the tags, the navigation, and everything else that goes into making sure an e-commerce website is properly set up for a client. Chelsea’s expertise in ecommerce is such a bonus. I get to make things pretty, and she gets to make things function.

The site has shopable images, a new members section where you can save your favourites, properly categorized inventory and vastly superior UX and UI to his previous website.

One of things that sets the eCommerce department here at WWD apart from other online store website builders is that we fully load our clients inventory and make sure that every single element of the site is set up before it is launched. This means no headache for our clients. All they have to do is go live and let the sales happen!
